I'd like to see him animated. Is this a spur of the moment type of thing or do you have a back story for him?

Robert- I have a huge backstory and frontstory for him. He's part of a film idea I've had for a long while, and have been slowly developing over the past 5 years. It's hard to be dilgent and work outside of work, but hopefully I can get mocing on some animation tests soon!

Hi Sean. I have a question: do you draw you illustrations and comics at a print quality resolution even though if they are intended for screen?

I'm asking specifically of Through the Porthole.

cheers,
Curious fan

Ivan- Yeah I almost always draw at print resolution, and then just save out a copy at screen resolution to upload to the web.

That's what I thought. Thanks Sean. I like your photoshop rendering technique a lot.

Those are some snazzy brush styles you got there. I'm working on creating a small collection of brushes in photoshop. Its slow work, as I'm self taught and my method is more or less trial and error.

I don't draw at print resolution though, because the laptop heats up and makes noises that sound like its trying to eat itself.
