Finally New Stuff!

Boy! It sure has been a while since I updated this thing! So here it goes with a big update. Lots of drawings to see! I started a new job at Nickelodeon this past week, and it's been awesome. A nice breath of fresh air from being at Disney. The only downside: no commissary. It was great at having a commissary at Disney because you didn't have to think where you're gonna go eat everyday. Plus, there were a lot of interesting people to draw. Case in point, the girl above. She had a really interesting face with a super flat nose. I felt bad staring because I didn't know if something had happened to her to make her look that way, or whatnot. But she was really cute and interesting. So I tried to take it all in visually, sketching her later when I had a place to sit. I was just drawing interesting shapes and out came this nerdy schoolboy character. I've always liked old fancy school uniforms with the little hats. In storybooks I mean, not to wear myself.
This guy looks like a preppy bully who would pick on the above schoolboy. And yes, that is his huge, weirdly-shaped butt.
A lot of these drawings are more doodles than drawings, because I don't know what they're gonna be or how they're gonna turn out until I'm done. I didn't sit down and say, "I'm gonna draw a boxer." Which is why he's not really in a cool boxing pose or anything. He looks like he just remember that he left his stove on or something.
HA! I'm a sucker for old-tymey things, hence the weird bathing suit. I like that he's still wearing his hat at the beach. Silly old man...
OH look! Another square head! I don't know what's been going on in my head recently, but I guess I like square heads. Oh yeah, he's a barber too.
And finally, some more birds. I was just testing out the marker on this type of paper, and decided to make some birds out of it. Neat huh! You can do anything with your imagination!
